Our Story

Conversely was established back in 2015. Prior to this, most of the current staff worked in telecommunications, and we all started to notice the increase in customer dissatisfaction. We also spotted how customers were experiencing long waiting times and having unsuccessful interactions when they called a business for help.
We also spotted how the younger generations were no longer calling into businesses. Instead, they were messaging through social media. This sparked us to come together and create a tool that would improve business messaging to help company’s build strong relations with their customers and clients.
