To start a new conversation or send a new message on an existing conversation, a conversation queue must be selected. You may switch between queues for any new conversation.
1. Click on Conversations.
2. On the top right corner of the page, click on Managed Queues
( )icon to select queue (s) if any.
3. Select the queue(s) you want to activate for a conversation.
Note: The number next to each queue indicates the active agents logged on
