Adding a Team Member

You can add members to your already created team.

Procedure

  • Click on the user avatar
  • From the display menu, click on My Team

  • To add a new member, click on Add New Team Member

  • Fill out the appropriate fields
  • The email address of the member
  • First and Last name of the member
  • Telephone number of member
  • Assign the member to their Designated Queue
  • Give the member a role
  • Click Save

A verification email will be sent to the email of the newly added member
