Creating Distribution Lists

With distribution list, you can group multiple contacts together. For example, you can have a distribution list that contains contacts of customers. This makes it easier to send targeted marketing message or campaign to a particular group of contacts.

Adding New Distribution List

Procedure

Click My Contacts
Click Manage Distribution Lists

Click Create New
Enter a Title for the Distribution List
In the Contacts dropdown field, enter the Contact
Click Save
