With a marketing campaign, you can create an awareness of your services to targeted audience or contacts. Campaigns can be set up to run immediately or scheduled to run at a specific time.
Procedure
- Click Marketing Tools
- Click Campaigns
- Click on Add New Campaign
- Enter the Title for the campaign
- (Optional) Provide a description in the Description field
- In the Message field, enter the campaign message
- From the Queue dropdown, choose the queue you want the campaign to be associated to
- To launch the campaign immediately, select Launch Now
- To launch the campaign later, click on the Scheduled At field and choose a launch date
- In the Recipients field, select a contact or distribution list
- Click Save
