Starting a New Conversation

Conversations can be initiated with vendors and customers. You can create a new chat to start a conversation.

Procedure

  • Click on Advanced then click on Team Queues
  • Click on the Envelope icon to Start a Conversation

  • In the To field, enter the phone number or name of a contact
  • In the From field, enter the sender
  • In the text box, enter the message you want to send. You can choose to add custom texts, signature, coupon, emojis to your message
  • Click on Send
